Please note that Latitude and Longitude field will only appear if you will add valid key in Super Address Field Settings.
Create / Edit Fields
Once Installed, You will see Super Address Field in your channel field list. You can select that field and pass which sub fields you want to display in channel entry form. There is options like Address1, Address2, City, State, Country, Zip Code, Latitude, Longitude etc.
